Medstar is a for profit health organization and was founded in 2020. At MedStar Encino, we treat our patients with the utmost respect and strive to provide our patients with a caring and safe environment. We aim to provide high quality services consisting of chiropractic and head trauma practices.
Dr. Philip Glukhovsky, board certified, leads the Chiropractic Department. Dr. Glukhovsky is dedicated to focusing on conditions of the musculoskeletal system and nervous system. Dr. Glukhovsky is an expert in spinal adjustments and manipulation. 
At MedStar, we provide open MRI which is useful for patients with claustrophobia, and for positional imaging. We also offer a full range of MRI exams from basic to advanced. For example, our breast MRI provides advanced 3D and dynamic contrast images with added AI processing to identify breast cancer, but also can be used to assess breast implants.
